Create many

While the 'create one' tab is intended to save just one record to Airtable, often used on detail pages or without any kind of autofill, the 'create many' is different.

'Create many' is useful to save any kind of repeating information on the page to create an Airtable record for each item.

The usecases for this are saving comments, profiles, reviews, products, books and so on.

So far, 'Create many' is available only with AI assistance.

1. You select fields you want to autofill.
2. AI starts analyzing the page, streaming one record after another
3. You can unselected records you don't want to add
4. Save all selected to Airtable.

For better performance it is good to combine this with area selection. The less data there is to process, the better speed and quality of the results. It is useful to instruct AI where to look exactly.

How much data can I get?

Extracted and categorized records are being streamed one by one. Each bulk of extracted records costs one credit.

This strategy might therefore not be feasable for very large datasets.
